Laura is a dedicated and well-rounded healthcare practitioner with a strong foundation in movement-based therapy, manual techniques, and holistic care. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science with Honours in Athletic Therapy, a Diploma in Massage Therapy, and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. She is also a certified Acupuncture and Electro-Acupuncture Provider through ISS.
 

With a background as a provincial and collegiate-level soccer player and former Head Athletic Therapist in the Canadian Premier League, Laura brings both professional and personal experience to her work. She understands the physical and mental demands of sport and recovery, applying this insight to support clients of all activity levels.
 

Her treatment approach combines remedial and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, acupuncture, and tailored exercise programs to relieve pain, restore movement, and enhance performance. Laura also has experience in geriatric care and post-operative rehabilitation, including recovery following hip and joint replacement surgery.
 

Outside of the clinic, Laura enjoys snowboarding, hiking, travelling, and exploring local coffee spots.
